Warranty

It is the responsibility of the buyer to have the puppy examined by their veterinarian within 2 business days of purchase and receipt of the puppy.   If this is not done, any warranty from BeckysPrettyPoms will be null and void.   Once the puppy has been examined by your vet and found free from any health problems, seller assumes no further responsibility for the puppy.   If your vet finds a life threatening problem with the puppy, we will replace the puppy with one of equal or lesser value as soon as one becomes available.   We must have a statement from your vet stating the nature of the problem.   For a replacement puppy to be released, the sick puppy and all of its papers must be returned to BeckysPrettyPoms.   The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and any shipping fees for the replacement puppy.

Should anything happen to a puppy before the buyer takes possession of the puppy, any monies received will be put towards the deposit or purchase price of a new puppy of similar color and gender and   of equal value.

BeckysPrettyPoms assumes no responsibilities for the puppy after leaving our premises which includes, but is not limited to: injuries, vet or medical bills, allergies,   family disputes, landlord disagreements, insurance coverage and/or housebreaking.   I also want to say that I would rather   one of my puppies comes back to   me than going to   a shelter so that I can make sure the puppy/dog is placed in a good quality, loving, caring home.   If a problem arrives that makes   you unable to care for the dog you purchased from me, please call me and we will do our best to work something out or help you to place the dog in a new home.    

Our guarantee extends to the original purchaser of the puppy and becomes void if ownership of the puppy or dog is transferred unless the purchaser plans to give the puppy/dog as a gift, then I would need the owners information for warranty purposes.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, only replacement puppies.    

NO REFUNDS will be given on deposits either.  Thank you for your understanding.

  We do not guarantee the size, color, coat, or temperament of your new puppy.    

These puppies are sold as pet quality only and we do not guarantee for show or breeding.
